NOTICE

WHEEEAS the Secretary Zila Tel Mills Mazdoor Union, Banaras,
Mhich is registered a* Trade Union under no. 1057 of the year 1952-
53 was ucked vide my office letter, dated May 11, 1955, to present
himself m the officu of the Welfare Centre Banaraa on Llay 18, 1955,
with nil tht! relevant records of the Union for inspection, but neither
any represeutatu e of tlw Union presented himself on the said data
nor £iny information \ra& mueived from the Union m that connec-
tion.

And tvhereaa once before the secretary of the aforesaid Union
was asked vide my office letter ,daled April 10, 1934 to attend thu
oj&co of Welfare 'C'^ntio Inh\vai'gan], Eanaras 011 April 16, 1954,
•with Union records for inspection, but no one turned up.

And \vuerea: th? Union, had also failed to send any reply to
my office letters dated January 30, 1953, September 15, and
October JJ, 11154, tu far which slunra that the Union has ueasod to
exist.

Now therefore a Notice under section 10 (b) of the Indian Trade
Unions Act, 111211, ia given to Zila Tel MilU, Mazdoor Union, Banaras

to show cause to rhe underdigned 011 or before his expiry of two
months from ihe date of receipt of this notice why the certificate
of Registration granted to it be not cancelled.
