4.    Tenders must be written on printed forma  obtainable at the

working    day    on   payment    of   Re.l    per    form.

3. Tho tender must show clearly the lump sum tendered for
the whole work and in addition thu tenderer must ttfite, m the

rates, the rates at whu h he is willmy to accept payment for additions

6.    Each tender must be accompanied by   a treasury  chullan,
post ollice saving bank pass   book or   call   deposit   receipt of Im-
perial B.mk in   support of a deposit of earnest   money   of Jls.400
and Rs.30 ) respectively.    Tenders which are not   arcomapnir-d by
earnpst niant-y will not be considered.

7.    Tenders will be opened by the undersigned or his  authorised
agent at hi* uffifv on the 2dth day of August, 1933.

5.    Tlie perdon whose tender is accp])ted provisionally must sign
the uontiaet within seven, days of being railed   on to   do so and de-
posit a feeL'uiity of R&.40D and P»,,s.300 respectively,   failing which his
earnest money will   be forfeited and the acceptance of tho tender
withdrawn

10.    Tho   Government   do   not bind themselves to accept thn
lowest or any tender or to give reasons for non-acceptance.

11.    Tenders should be given after understanding  the work and
specifications and &pecliil conditions, if any.

12.    llateiial will be issued ex-godowii  anywhere in the  region,
at the following rates.    Iron and   steel   at   Ra  25  per   cwt.. G. I.
sheets at Ra. 38 cwt.    Cement  at Rs.5-S per  bag.    Empty cement
bags will be returned or cost thereof at annas S per bag will bo reco-
vered.    R.  S. Joist?   free   of   cost   ex-godown   at   Kotdwara and
Panagarh, material free of cost ex-godown at Agra or Kanpur.
