PURSUANT to a petition dated the 18th April, 1953, against
the abovenamed applicant and on the application of debtor
and on reading petition, etc. and hearing it is ordered that the debtor
be and the said debtor is hereby adjudged insolvent. Who is
ordered to apply for discharge within one year from March 4,1955.

by whom they were never endorsed to any other person, having been
lost or stolen, notice ia hereby given that the payment of the above
bonds and tha interest there upon has been stopped at the Public
Debt Office, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow and that application
is about to be made for the igaua of duplicates in favour of the pro-
prietor. The public are cautioned against purchasing or otherwise
dealing with the abovomentioncd securities.

vent under the Provincial Insolvency Act (V of 1920) the Court
hasflxed the 19th August, 1933 for the hearing of the
aforesaid petition and the examination of the debtor. If any
persons desires to be represented in the matter he should attend
personally or by duly instructed pleader.

that the payment of the above bonds and the interest thereupon
has been stopped at the Public Debt Office, Reserve Bonk of India,
Luoknow and that application is about to be made for the issue of
duplicates in favour of the proprietor. The public are cautioned
against purchasing or otherwise dealing with the abovementioned

about to bo made for the issue of duplicate(s) for payment of the
discharge value in favour of the proprietors. The public are
cautioned against purchasing or otherwise dealing with the under-
