NOTICE.

NOTICE IB horoby given to all concerned that in the partnership
firm of Messrs. Debi Dm Poosoo Lai of Naughara, Kanpur, consti-
tuted by (1) Shri Tnjugi Narain son of L. Poosoo Lai and (2) Shri
Pratap Narain, aon of L. Pooaoo Lai, Shri Mato, Prasad, son of
L. Tnjugi Narain, has been admitted as a partner with effect from
June 22, 1955. Consequently with effect from the aaid date, i.e.
June 22, 1955, the partnership under the said name and style is
constituted of the following three partners 1

(1)  Trijugi Narain, eon of L. Pooaoo Lai, resident of 35/177,
Etawah Bazar, Kanpur.

(2)  Pratap Narain, son of L- Poosoo Lai, resident of Naughara,
Kanpur,

lost or stolen, notice is hereby given that'the payment of the lihove
bonda and the interest thereupon has been stopped at the Public
Debt Office, Reserve Bank of India. Lucknow and that application
is about to be made for the issue of duplicates m lavour of the pro-
prietor. The public are cautioned aguhis+ purchaMng or otherwise
dealing with the abovi.mentioned securities.

WHEKEAS the Abovenamed ^applicant has applied to this
Court by a petition, dated the 15th April, 1956, to be declared an
insolvent, under tho Provincial Insolvency Act and your name
appears in the list of creditors filed by the aforesaid debtor this is
to give you notice that the Court has fixed the 26th (twenty-sixth)
day of August 1955, for the hearing of the aforesaid petition and the
examinitioii of the debtor. If you desire to be represented in
the matter you should attend in person or by duly instructed
Pleader.

of the 2i percent U. P. Zazniniiari Abolii ion Compensation Bonds
for Bs.5,000, Rs.30 anil Ra.200 respectively originally standing in
the name of iladan Lai by whom they were never endorsed to aay
other person, having been lost or stolen, notice is hereby given
that the payment of tho above bonds and the interest thereupon
has been stopped at the Pubhr Debt Office, Reserve Bonk of India,
Lucknow and that application 13 about to bs mnile for the is=Tie of
duplicates in favour of the proprietor. The public are cautioned,
