Remarks; The   arrivals   have been more than was expected at the time of the isaue of the revised Bysakfai report in Bihar lladhya
Pradesh and Vindhya Pradeah and so the estimate haa gone up bv 19,000 maunds, i.e. 2-5 per cent.

BANARAS IMPROVEMENT TRUST, BANARAS

[Notice under section 36 of the V. P. Town Improvement   Act VIII
of 1919]

As required by section 36 of the U. P. Town Improvement
Act VIII of 1919, notice is hereby given that a scheme entitled
"Industrial Labour Housing-c«w-Low Cost Housing Scheme "
under seotion 31 of the U. P. Town Improvement Act in Bhelupura
has baen duly framed and is baing published :

The boundaries of the area comprised in the scheme are :

North—Reori T^lab Road, Grave-yard of Reori Talab,
and houses no. B 19/8, B 19/9, B 19/11, B 19/22. B19/17,
B 19/18, B 19t/21, B 18/93, B 18/90, B 18/95, B 18/96,
B 18/9S*A,etc. of Reori Tal&b.

East—Road from Tilbhande^hwar Park to the Gate of
Vizianagram Palace.                                                  *

West—Kamaohha Road.

South—Dr. Thungatna's residence, Electric Power House,

Anglo-Bengali High School   and  House   nos.    B 19/27-A,

B19/29,   B  10/2B-C,   B   19/29-C,   B 19/29-4,   B   20/187,

B 20/117, B 20/119, etc.. of mohalla Bhelupura.

The map of the area and statement of thfl   lands proposed

to be acquired can be seen at the Trust Office at D 58/12, Sigra,

VidyapeethRoad on all working days from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30   p.m.

Any person objecting to the scheme may,   within  sixty  days

from the date of this notice, send his  objection in writing to the

Improvement Trust, Banaras.

The 3J per cent D-P-E.E. Act Bonds nos. C/EB011882/84 for Rs.
1,000 each originally standing in the names of Nawab Khan,
Ashraf Khan, Fasih Uzzaman, Abdus Salaxn Khan, TYasi
Uzzaman and minors Abdus Sami Khan, and Badi
Uzzftman Khan, and last endorsed to tho propiretars
by whom they were never endorsed to any other person,
having been lost, stolen, or destroyed notice is kereby given
that the payment of the above Bonds and the intt-rest thereupon
has been stopped at the Public Dsbt Office, Reserve Bank of India*
D^lhi, and that application is about to be mtide for payment of thfr
discharge value in favour of the proprietors. The pubKr ara
nautioned against purchasing or otherwise dealing with the above-
mentioned securities,
