Chamra M^zdoor Union, Kanpur, registered as a trade Union nnfar
no. 1180 of the year 1953-/I4, have by amalgamation formed aner
Union named, Kanpur Chamra Mills Karmclmri Union "Kan
pur".

And whereas a notico of amalgamation in tho prescribed form
[G' of the U. P. Trade Union Regulations 1927 hag been received in
my office from the first two Unions named fibovo ,

And wharRaq the undersigned is fully qatiafied that thn
amalgamation of the above mentioned firgL twn triclo Union? has
been done in accordance with soction 24 of thn Indian Tradr
Unions Act, 1936 and that the, "Kanpur Chamm Mills Karnachari
Umon,Kanpur ''formed by amalgamation is pntitlncl to ragiatiation
under section G of the said Act.

Now, therefore, tho amalgamation of tho Kanpur Chamra Mills
Karmchari Union Kanpur," and Chamra MaedDOT Union, Kanpur
is hereby registered and the ; Kaupur Chamra Mills Karmaohari
Union Kanpur" formed by this amalgamation, is registered as a
Trade Union under section 25 ot' tho Indian Trade Unions Act,
192B read with section 8 of the said Act on this fifteenth days of
September 1955,

proprietor by whom it was never endorsed to any other person,
having been lost, notice is hereby given that the payment of tha
above note and the interest thereupon has been stopped at the
Public Debt OiB.ce,Reserve Bank of India Delhi, and that applica-
tion is about to be made for the issue of duplicate in. favour of tho
proprietor. The public era cautioned against purchasing or other-
wise dealing with the above mentioned security.
