a breach of section 28 of the Indian Trade Unions Acf, 1926 (XVI of

viz. the 31st of July, 19H5, notice under section 10(6) of the Indian

Usiion, Lucknow, to show causp to the undersigned on or before the
expiry of two months from the date of receipt of this notice, why
the certificate of registration granted to it should not be cancelled.

Hie Indian Banking Company, Ltd., Meerut.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the ahoveiiamed
Company duly convened, and held at the registered office of the
Company on the 28th day of August, 1955. The following resolu-
tion was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution :

"In view of the fact that the Indian Banking Company Ltd.,
Meerut, has not for the last several years shown any profit, and that
by reason of its liabilities it cannot continue its business, it is hereby
resolved that the aforesaid Company be voluntarily wound up
and Shri Chaman Lai Goyal, Advocate, be appointed Liquidator
of the Company for the purpose of winding up at a remuneration
of 5 per cent on realization.
