WHEHEAS the Ramesh Metal Works, Mazdoor Union, Moradabad'

rprristered as a Trade Union under no. 1138 of the year 1962-53, has

committed a breach of section 28, of the Indian Trade Unions Ant,

'   1926 (XVI of 1926), read with regulation 17 of the regulations, under

the  said   Act. by   failing to submit   to the undersigned, a correct

any other person, having been lost, notice ia hereby civen that the
payment of the above bonds and the interest thereii pon has been
stopped at the Public Debt Office. Reserve Bank of India, Delhi,
and that application is about to be made for the isoue of duplicate
for payment of the discharge valup in favour of the propriotores*.
