PUBLIC NOTICE

UNDER express) instructions from my client Sri Chaman Lai
Jain, son of Late Sri Bhikam. Sam, Peepal Mandi, Dehra Dun, I
notify the following for information, to all those concerned m parti-
rular and public in general.

That my client constituted a Hindu Undivided Family with hit.
six sons and effected partition on 31st August, 1955, amongst himself
and the said sons, in the business assets, including sharps held
by the family in various partnership concerns.

The detail is given below of the businesses and shares in the
same owned by the respective members, as a result of p artition and
mutual agreement between the major members;

to be the property of the Joint Hindu Family and the parties named
above have become exclusive owners in respect of their shares.
