on and the Prince drove faster than anyone I had
ever driven with. He tore round the hair-pin bends
just missing the other cars. It was rather a nerve-
racking experience. We had been away from Paris
for five weeks and had to go back. We took the
train from Antibes as the motor had been sent back
a few days before. We had a wagon-lit, which I
found a pleasant change from my journey to
Brittany and Collioure, as one went to sleep in a
comfortable bed and woke up in Paris.
