ORDER:
In the G.O. read above, orders were issued that in future the
Gazetted Officers serving under the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh in-
cluding those in Municipalities and in the Hyderabad Municipal
Corporation shall be competent to issue community certificates
for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and Backward Castes.
