THE ANGLO-ITALIAN AGREEMENT
On l6th April) 1938, the Anglo-Italian conversations, whose
initiation two months earlier had resulted in the resignation of
Mr. Eden, were concluded by an Agreement.   After Parliament
reassembled, the Prime Minister on the afternoon of 2nd May
asked for its approval of this Agreement.
