Message

^eixo^f'iiMi<,«M*ca»oai»/,*iiiv>ji^^

Congratulations to the Curry College Class of 2005!

As President of your College, I am both pleased and proud to bring you the congratulations of the
entire Curry College Community, and specifically the faculty and staff who have had the
opportunity to serve and learn with you over the past years.

You have been students at Curry College during an exciting period in our history. This has been
a period of great growth and success across all areas of the College - academic, physical,
financial and in our reputation and prominence. You should be proud of that, you have
contributed to it. Thank you for being a part of it.

Curry College continues to grow in promise and prestige each passing year. As alums you have a
keen interest in the continued development and success of your College, and I would urge you to
please stay involved with us. Keep the Alumni Office informed of your current contact
information, and we'll do our best to make sure that you know what is occurring both at your
College and with your classmates. You can email the Alumni Office at alumni@.curry.edu.

Congratulations on all the success you have achieved to date. Best wishes for much continued
success.

Sincerely,

Kenneth K. Quigley, Jr.

Dedication
Donna Pettinelli

We are honored to dedicate the 2005 edition of The Amethyst to
Donna PettinelH. Although her official role on campus is
Assistant to the Academic Dean, this title does not begin to describe
what she does for students.

Donna is always there for us. When a new club wants to get started,

Donna is there. When students need academic assistance. Donna is

there. When students need a never-give-up, passionate advocate, they

find it all in Donna. She has seen the good and not-so-good side of some of us, yet remains constant in her

devotion to our success. Donna selflessly climbed out on many limbs for us without thought of the possible

consequences for herself. We are always her top priority.

Donna has been a valuable ally to all students and an even more valuable asset to this College.

Donna, this one's for you.

"It is not of our choosing the way others may
feel for us. It is not always of our choosing the

can choose to respect and accept us, as we
them, for in college, as in all places, people
