Ginsburg is a first rate scholar and almost none can match him.
His work "Introduction of the Massoretico-critical edition of the Hebrew Bible (1897)" focuses on the
accurate Hebrew Manuscripts that were the basis for the OlD Testament, both in Hebrew and in English.
He is one of the best scholars since the days of Ben Chayyim, (Jacob ben Chajim Ibn Adonijah) whose work he placed in high esteem.
The work on the "Massoretico-critical edition of the Hebrew Bible" is available online, in 2 Downloads at:
