Notes
Several pages in the beginning of book with very narrow edges causing the text to run into the gutter. This happens frequently throughout the book, specifically pgs. 148,149,180,181,205,212 and in several other places. Pg 116 the text is severely slanted. Several other pages suffered from the top of the text being chopped off,i.e. pgs. 117,196,200 and 213.The orange pages are due to the fact that the book is numbered starting at pg.16-213 for part 1. Part 2 of the book starts at pg.16 until the end of the book. The problems I specifically noted are found in part 2. There were several issues with text throughout the book which made some of the cropping a bit difficult.

Subject: Copyright inquiry
Is there any restrictions on the copyright for the images in this work? I would like to use one of the emblems as for my front-page on my pre-defense publication of my dissertation (to be handed out to committee members and department staff, but not for commercial distribution).
Best regards,
Mari Eyice
