Born in Berlin on March 18, 1881, Ernst Feder was a journalist and editor of Berliner Tageblatt from 1919 to 1931. Feder emigrated to France in 1933 and to Brazil in 1941. He returned to Germany in 1957 and died in Berlin on March 29, 1964
