Subject: Very well Documented!!! Hard to follow lines.
Subject: Very well Documented!!! Hard to follow lines.
The author did a fantastic job of documenting the family lines contained within this book. Lots of pictures and views of source documents as well as transcriptions of all kinds. My only beef with the book at all is its layout and numbering system. It might make sense to someone, but even after finding the page where he explains it I cannot for the life of me figure it out. For example one of the lines I am interested in is [E5] George. His daughter is Nancy [E3009]. That does not make sense to me. I started with Nancy's daughter Barbara as that was where my search landed. I could get back to Nancy but like to never found George. Fumbling with the index (also not clear in my opinion, but ever so glad it has one) I was eventually able to track down George. Again - all in all good information and well sourced but carve out some time to wade through it all!
