| Friday Presentations
at the Archive |
Each
Friday afternoon, friends of the archive and those administering
projects related to, or of interest to the archive, gather for
an informal lunch at the Internet Archive. These lunch meetings
typically consist of presentations relating to research progress,
or proposals for future projects. These meetings are also a
time to catch up with fellow archivists and learn about some
of the latest happenings within the archive-research community.
If you are
interested in upgrading your account from research.archive.org
to homeserver.archive.org to obtain greater access the
archived data, we ask that you join us for one of these meetings
and give us a brief presentation of your progress. Following
your presentation, we can discuss granting an account on homeserver.
Remote presentations by conference call or using NetMeeting
are also acceptable. |
