Eight page "french folded" brochure for the Elrod strip-casting machine manufactured by The Ludlow Typograph Company of Chicago. This is a machine for continuously casting printer's "material": the nonprinting leads which go between lines of type, nonprinting slugs which go under the projecting portions of slugs cast on the Ludlow Typograph, printing rule (which prints "rules," or lines of various patterns), and base material which goes underneath cuts and plates.
