The Charm of Charles Boyer,,,,,
I understand this radio show was only a summer replacement for Fibber McGee and Mollie, but what a charming replacement it turned out to be. Each episode I have heard thus far has a unique and similar quality only Charles Boyer could provide. The episodes are interesting, heart warming and unusual for a radio show from the Golden Age of Radio. This show is its'own category and I can't compare it to another. The stories will never loose their unusual quality, both in the writing style and human warmth, which is often a rare commodity from the time in which it was aired on radio.
