Sabre Dance - Standard
Astronaut > HDPF > TVM > Astronaut - The Astronaut jam features Barber playing some bluesy licks over this really ethereal outer space jam. Unfortunately, Barber is just a little too aimless for my tastes here. In House Dog, they jam out of the first jam, and they spend a little while trying to figure out where they want to go. When Sammy finally drops a house beat, they really lock into a groove and I really like what they've got going on, even if it's just a few minutes of coolness. They had a cool idea to go into the end of TVM, but it comes out as kinda sloppy. The jam out of Moon on the other hand is fantastic and a driving force to be reckoned with. Great stuff.
Therapy - Standard
Buddha - The Buddha jam is just a straight-up trance throwdown, and done very well. Good stuff by all four members.
TVM > HDPF > ItHotMK - I really like the jam out of TVM, especially around 17:40 when they drop the beat and get super tripped out. There's also a tease of the 3/31/01 Dribble blissed out jam from Barber at 13:09 that is awesome as hell. I would have liked to see them mess around with no beat for a little while longer, but the whole thing is very good so I'm alright with it. The peak into HDPF takes a little while longer than it should, but it winds up being a really good peak, so I guess I'll allow it. The House Dog jam winds up getting really dark in a great way. I'm not sure what happens around 7 minutes, but the crowd flips out for a second or two. Really cool music here. It winds up ending with some spaced out psychedelia that turns into ITHOTMK. I like this whole segment.
Confrontation > Ah Moshi Moshi > HDPF - The Confro jam has a cool sound to it but they don't really go anywhere and it gets stale. It winds up getting really cool near the switch to the Moshi Moshi jam, but not cool enough to listen to again, quite honestly. The Ah Moshi Moshi jam is actually really cool throughout. I'd love to see them jam now with Ableton and the glory that it provides. This jam is cool, but it's a little too all over the place, and the jam back into HDPF takes forever, and not in a good way.
Resolution > Safety - Both standard.
Fever - Standard.
Svenghali - They get into a really dark, awesome dnb jam.
TVM, Buddha, TVM > HDPF
Three stars. Both TVM jams, Buddha jam, Svenghali, and the 2nd HDPF jams are awesome, but the rest is all very meh. There are some cool parts here and there, but other than this stuff there's not much replay value here.
