Also printed in the same year in Edinburgh as an octavo in half sheets with a double rule above imprint on title page (Scott, 67a1) and an octavo in whole sheets with one rule above imprint on title page (Scott, 67a2)
There are two issues of the first quarto edition: this issue has the word "England" printed in italic capitals on the title page and correct signature signings (Scott, 68a); the other has the word "England" printed in roman type capitals on on the title page and gathering D misssigned C (Scott, 68)
