This show has been commercially released as Dick's Picks Vol. 29
The vast majority of copies in circulation suffer from what appears to be a master reel flip during the jam in "Playin' in the Band", thanks to an alternate soundboard source, we now know what we were missing during that 1:43. Enjoy!
Sources:
Master Soundboard Reel > Reel to Reel > DAT > CDR
Alternate Soundboard source-purportedly derived from a cassette master- supplies the patch in "Playin' in the Band" (d3t02) from 7:40 thru 9:23
A third Soundboard source- MSR>RR>RR>DAT-is used for an 0:11 patch in "Sugaree" (d1t02) from 5:22 thru 5:33
Made possible through the usual, and ever growing, group of suspects/mental patients.

The Fox Theater
I grew up in Atlanta, GA and had the privilege of seeing many shows at Fox Theater. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the Dead play there. The venue only holds about 2500 and my stupid brother was lucky enough to see his first Dead show there in October '85. The latter of the 2 shows played there. He enjoyed so much he drove to Columbia, SC to see the Halloween show where they opened with "Werewolves of London". I didn't get to see my first Dead show until 1987 at the Omni. But went on to see about 70 more before we lost Jerry. People rate these shows from 1☆ to 5☆. My opinion is any show that Jerry Garcia was playing was 5☆ show or more. Not just because of his talent but for his love of improvising and NOT playing things the same way twice. Although I did become very fond of his coda on "GDRFB"and when I heard a version that didn't include it was a bit disappointed. BUT I CAN TRULY SAY I AM TRULY ENVIOUS OF ANYONE & EVERYONE THAT GOT TO SEE THE GRATEFUL DEAD PLAY AT THE FOX THEATRE. IT WAS PROBABLY THE GRANDEST PLACE FOR A CONCERT THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN.

GHD reviews peggy o
This is the best version of Peggy O I have ever heard. Bobby kills those early licks and accompanies Jerry perfectly in every way. Jerry's solo is maybe the best solo I have ever heard. It's visceral and heartfelt with perfect build and body. Truly a masterpiece of a song.

@boogiesessions
This show is one of my personal favourites. There is a splice in playing as is mentioned, but thankfully it is from the same show (I checked other versions of the show that I have). There is a splice in Sugaree as well here but it is not a major glitch. This also sounds brighter in some ways, but has a bit of an added hiss. In a lot of ways, the Bertha/Jay Ashley version is better. It is a little low on the treble and sounds much fuller in midrange. Except for a reel change in LLR which sort of kills the flow. DP #29 is the best version out there :)

Spliced show
Listening to this recording, I have come to the conclusion that there is a splice towards the end of Playin'..(outta Terrapin) and Im not sure if it's spliced with the same recording (its seems the timing is fast). Its totally distinguishable. Get the Bertha copy (timings off by 10-12sec in comparison) but Im nearly certain the Bertha copy is a non-spliced one.
