- This recording was done to capture as much as possable. There were no tape flips requiring fast forwarding or rewinding during the actual recording. Side A of the first tape was recorded then Side A of the second cassette. Everything was then fast forwarded at the break. Side B of the second cassette was recorded and then Side B of the first cassette. After Side B of the second cassette ended I manually wound it past where Side A had end to be able to have extra tape to record the encore.
- All disks can be combined on longer media for continuous play.

Subject: Another so so show BUT
Subject: AMEN to the comments below mine....
I did indeed have a BLAST at this show (Tish & Phil: I love ya!!) and there are exciting & numerous setlist surprises....but the recording reveals that it's merely a typically-rushed-and-ragged Spring '85 show, nothing to get all hot-and-bothered about. I vividly remember my excitement at receiving some great AUD tapes a couple of weeks after the show, but I quickly shelved them 'cause the band's performance on this night is, overall, pretty weak....but my glorious memories are forever intact.
Maybe the youngsters here will appreciate this recording more than I do....but, again, I have my memories...!!
Love this AUD; it really puts you right there, perfectly capturing the sound of the Spectrum. Bravo, my taper friend/hero!!
Great sound, fabulous set list, ho-hum performance....3-star rating.
Subject: honestly there are much better shows
It's just sad after hearing a show like this, to see all these rave reviews about how the band was "ON" and how Revolution was a "masterpiece". Wow, it honestly was a mess.
While the show certainly has moments (mostly in set 1), it's just dragging itself the rest of the way, sloppy, and with Garcia gasping for air.
Anyone uninitiated, reading these delusional reviews, then listening for him/herself will just have more fodder to claim that the GD are a joke and that the fans are clueless. Neither is true, though these reviews would lead you to think otherwise.
The band has put out a slew of wonderful shows and there are so many better ones than this (and better ones from this tour, too). This show may be worth hearing for some, but why do we keep claiming rave reviews for moments of total wreck? Emperor's New Clothes Syndrome perhaps?
