Notes
Many thanks to John for lending me his tapes.
notes:
- tape flip in Drums cross faded
- heavy burst of static right channel in Playin' reduced so that it is now acceptable
- several large pops and some small dropouts removed from d2 & d3
- seamless join between d2 & d3

Subject: Pleasant two-day surprise
Just finished listening to the second set - this show was really good in all respects. I didn't get any bring down the house moments from it but it was all I'd ask for in a show if I was there.
The recording itself is excellent - crisper than that posted for the night before (also a tasty surprise of a show) and well mixed. One of the things that knocks a show down for me the is inability to hear Phil booming through; this mix has him coming in clear but not overly loud. Same guys recorded and transferred so I'm not clear on the difference, I just like this sound a little better than the night before. Note - tracks are all mislabeled after Masterpiece but easy enough to follow. Very enjoyable and highly recommended as is the previous night. Peace
