27 years later - A Re-Listen
I was at this show, now almost 3 decades later
I'm re-listening to it. I had opportunities to
obtain it over the years, but had always declined.
I remember thinking it was the worst show I had seen to date (about 50 shows). Jerry seemed
tired, even fed up, and distracted, making faces
and gesturing. The energy seemed low, with
the arena about half-full (tickets were $6.50!!)
But it's definitely withstood the test of
time. They came back to Curtis Hickson Hall later
that year and did a far better show.

this show is killer
Don't trust the rating. So what if it doesn't have the Bertha. This show is a notch above the rest. Every song is played with passion and great execution. The Sound is superb. Another'78 gem.
5* all the way

i can't believe no one hasn't written a reveiw for this show
just scanning through some shows and i thought i would give this a listen. sound is superb. the estimated has great jamming, he's gone has some very nice jerry solos. the other one could be the best i've ever heard. wharf rat is pretty nice also. worth downloading for just these four songs. the rest of the show is pretty good also.
