Notes
disc 2 will requier an 80 minute disc.
d1t02 Jack Straw: audio anomaly at 05:12 was actually a loud blast from the PA system that sounded like a problem coming from one of mics on the drum kit. I softened it up a bit, because it was a real speaker buster. It is much better now but its still very audible.

No doubt SOTM was my favorite song of the post-In The Dark Dead.
And the version on this night was probably the best ever. I can't get enough of it. The 90's weren't as good as before, but moments like this showed the band could still have awesome moments.
Man, I would have loved to see this one in the old Boston Garden. 3 Stars for the Show, 5 for the SOTM.

This is the second night of what has become a true issue in my life...HAHAHA... TOO MANY SHOWS AND NOT ENUFF BLANK CDS! I remember bumpin into my bud from the Early Bird in the lot behind the garden. Hope he is well today..the Bird seems to have recently bought the farm..to my dismay. Sorry Dennis and Family. Marge lives forever! ne way...i will update as I listen more to this but If it is as I remember it it is good for dl for sure.Ill give it 5 stars cuz the birds pancakes alone filled a plate. That and a EB special starts the day before this show just right! Oh and the cookies....see next review!

I remember driving up from conn. for these shows, the show was good up to SOTM, then it became Joyous!!!! Tears of joy I tell you!!! My hair stands up still to this day. I only saw about 60-70 shows and there were some great ones, but this in my opinion is the best Sotm ever!!! even better than Eugene 93'. Wish someone had a better recording to throw on the archive! yo yo grateful dead! 5 stars for SOTM

that head-banging dude in the front . Sitting behind the band I had a clear view of him and everything else the band saw - nice perspective - could get a good sense of the vibes they might get from the crowd, which had a lot of energy that night. That dude was a dork, but all power to him - he was having the time of his life - especially SOTM, which I agree was the high point. I always preferred the outdoor venues out west like the Silver Bowl (or the smaller, older theatre venues of the old days), but despite slightly crapping accoustics, the Garden always had an intimacy and energy that was just a tad more intense than what I experienced at other East Coast arenas.

Standing on the moon : ). If there was one song to remember from this stand it was this one. I can still picture the whole scene when I listen. Thanks Jerry...

I was at this show...Until I listened, I didn't remember the SOTM to be so chronic...All I remember about this show is there was some headbanger front row and center headbanging the whole show, even during the mellow tunes, and all me and my bud were wondering is how Jerry could concentrate with that moron up front. Jerry musta been like, man this clown is being a moron, but in the end, I'm gonna blow him out of the water with this SOTM...Does anyone else remember that guy?

Seriously, grab this SOTM. The rest of the show isn't bad either (High Time is a nice treat), but this SOTM is the one by which all others are measured. Also, I prefer this recording slightly over the naks - more Phil on this one, and I can't ever get enough Phil.

This show is worth having for the Standing On The Moon alone. Seems Jerry made up for all of his flubs during the show by nailing the SOTM. I remember feeling like this song was possibly the highlight of the entire tour. And Bobby started using his acoustic here if I'm not mistaken.
