This is the ordinary paper issue: the plates were issued uncolored, the uncut leaf is 42x26 cm, and the gutter margin of a leaf of text is 2-3 cm. There is also a large paper issue (Henrey 799), where the plates were issued colored, the uncut leaf is 46x28 cm, and the gutter margin of a leaf of text is 4-5 cm. ESTC and Roscoe conflate the two issues
The plates are engraved by R. Benning (pl. 6, 13), Boyce (pl. 1, 14, 15, 28, 32, 35, 38), J. Burgess (pl. 33), Darly & Edwards (pl. 7, 8, 11, 12, 16, 17, 25, 26, 29, 31), H. Roberts (pl. 2-5, 19), A. Smith (pl. 74, 75), J. Smith (pl. 70), and others. Many plates are unsigned

Rawbone on front pastedown; a dark brown leather label with gilt title possibly from a previous binding pasted on front pastedown; page edges stamped "TPA"; pencil notes pasted to verso of front free endpaper; ink notes on two leaves pasted in at end
