Tiring ... a bit tiring.
The film has its moments, but I think that some of the 'jokes' were stretched too much and were a bit overdone; especially the fighting scene at the Indians.
And I have never been aware that spanking solves the problems in a relationship. Well, an interesting and humorous take on this idea is presented in McLintok!.

Beautiful WS
This is one of Wayne's few comedic outings and I'll leave it to others for a content review. This transfer into mp4 however is _Beautiful_ and I'm amazed at it's encoding (picture quality vs. file size) I use it as a benchmark to judge other mp4s I have, and rarely do they even come close. Great work!

McClintock in widescreen: as big as all outdoors
This film I saw when it first came out. I prefer this version to the pan and scan. The pan and scan version had a tendency to make the movie viewer alittle dizzy and the widescreen version brings the sharpness of the colors.
