Subject: Reverse discrimination
This book is typical of British anti-Afrikaner sentiments.
In 1805 Britain passed a law outlawing slavery but that law apparently only outlawed slavery of one person over another. In 1806 the same pious British took possession of South-Africa by force and 100 years later the British Empire had managed to colonize almost half of Africa. It is no secret that those in charge of the Cape Colony, such as CJ Rhodes and Dr Jameson, shamelessly pursued the objective of enslaving the whole of Africa for British exploitation.
The British Empire was nothing other than slavery by one nation over another but British propaganda would have the world believe that the pious British were saving the poor illiterate black people from those bastard racist Afrikaners. Kruger lost the war but in time the British lost their Empire.
If the reader of this book would open his mind to the fact that it was the British and not Afrikaners who were trying to enslave an entire continent then the eloquent degrading of Afrikaners, so typically displayed in this book, as being no more than a society of self-serving Bible punching farm boys who used the Bible to justify their subjugating of the illiterate black masses would clearly be devoid of truth. The British, indeed all of the first world who practiced colonization, were the ones who had enough contempt for the “lesser” societies of the world to believe that they did these "lesser" people a favour by subjugating them to foreign rule. London always knew best.
