I am so happy to find all parts of The Vegetables of New York available online. They contain detailed descriptions of peas, beans, corn, and cucurbit varieties with excellent pictures/drawings of some varieties. I wish current variety descriptions could be this thorough. I was able to find the information I came to find. Thank you for making what is now a rare book set available to everyone.
