TO THE TRADE.

E present herewith our Wholesale Price List for the Fall of 1900. All stock

sent out will be up to our usual high standard, and will be handled in the best possible manner.

Certificate of Inspection We have no San Jose Scale or trace of it, never have had. A Certificate of Inspection will accompany each shipment.

Terms of Payment Cash or Security, before shipment, or one-fourth Cash with order, and balance on delivery, with return charges added.

Packing- mostly done in boxes, sometimes in bales, for which a moderate charge is made sufficient to cover cost. We make no charges for the delivery of packages to the railroad or express office, or for loading cars in bulk.

While Ave exercise the greatest care to have all Trees and Plants true to name, and hold ourselves prepared to replace, on proper proof, all that may prove untrue, we do not g'ive any warranty, expressed or implied ; and in case of any error on our part, it is mutually agreed between the purchaser and ourselves that we shall not at any time be held responsible for a greater amount than the original price of the goods.

We grade carefully ; in some cases b}^ caliper, others by height. When by both, the caliper must govern. The lower number is included and higher number excluded.

Purchasers will please name the route by which they wish goods shipped, other- wise we forward to the best of our judgment. After shipping, goods are at pur- chaser's risk.

We have hydrants over the ground, plenty of water, moss, straw, etc., and dealers who wish to pack here will get liberal treatment.

All telegrams are transmitted promptly by telephone to our office.
