Including only those varieties in stock at this date.

As all copies of our last edition of our Descriptive Catalog have all been sent out and the length of the remainder of the season will not justify the printing of another edition, we are sending this price list in lieu of the catalog.

We have included in this price list only such varieties that are in stock on this date. (Jan. 25, 1910.) Those varieties that we usually grow but not listed in this price iist are now sold out for this season, but will have a stock of them next season. Remember this is not a full list of all varieties we propogate and grow, but a corrected list of those yet unsold at this time, and the priees are for February and March, 1910, only.

_ Those receiving this price list who have our catalog can refer to it for des- eriptions. The varieties named are now generally so well known that few will need descriptions to make satisfactory selection.

: We aim to keep up to our customary high standard in stock and reliabil- ity. Our prices are realiy lower than the circumstances of the season justify.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, PRICES, ETC.

PRICES: 1 to 5 of a variety will be- supplied at the ‘‘each’” price, 6 to 39 of. a variety will be supplied at the dozen rate, and 40 or more of a variety will be supplied at the hundred rate.

THE PREPAID PRICES are only for those orders amounting to $5 or more and then when shipped to any depot in the States of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkan- sas, Louisiana, Kansas and Missouri. On all orders of less than $5 and on or- ders of all amounts to other States than those named, the F. O. B. Denison price will apply. Customers in the States named and ordering $5 or more at a time have the option of either scale of prices. No order will be prepaid for less than $5. even though the prepaid price is selected.

CASH (by Draft, Money Order or Registered Letter) with order will secure prompt filling. No goods shipped unless cash or satisfactory security accompanies the order. If personal checks are sent, include 15 cents for collection, which amount they cost us. Orders held until personal checks are collected. ‘Time, risk and expense saved by remitting by postal or express order or bank draft.

CUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES after delivery, except for mistakes in fil- ing, which must be reported immediately after receipt of goods, to admit of ad- justment. A double system of checking is employed in putting up orders, so that mistakes are rare, and sometimes customers complain of an error and afterwards find it was their own mistake.

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS and to them only for the character of the goods, and to them or their forwarders—express and railway companies—we guarantee to deliver stock in good order, true to name. With such delivery our responsibility ceases.

GIVE EXPLICIT DIRECTIONS FOR SHIPMENT—When such are not given, we shall use our best judgment in selecting a route, but will not be responsible for loss thereby. It is always better to ship by express unless the amount of stock is large.

SUBSTITUTION—If it is not explicitly stated in the order that no substitu- lion is permitted in case the variety ordered is sold out, we shall consider per- mission to substitute granted, and then put in place of the variety ordered another, always with its correct name, and one of eaual or better value, un- less such is not in stock, when the variety will be left unfilled and the money for it returned.
