FARGO SEED HOUSE

MAGILL & CO. JAN. 20, 1913. FARGO, N. D.

i213 PRICE LIST 1913

presenting our price list of Field Seeds and

Seed Grain this season we first wish to thank

all old and new customers for their past patronage, we have enjoyed a tremendous growth and cannot help but feel that the high quality of seeds furnished our thousands of customers throughout the Northwest have in a measure con- tributed to the present prosperity of our great Km- pire.

The NORTH DAKOTA SEED LAW is one of the most strict of any State in the Union, as we are located here at Fargo under the very shadow of the STATE SEED LABORATORIES our stocks are at all times subjected to the most rigid inspection and we GUARANTEE every shipment to be just as rep- resented and of even higher standard than required by the STATE PURE SEED LAW.

We exercise extreme care in the filling of all orders but as seeds are subject to such a variety of climatic and soil conditions after being planted in the ground, we give no warranty, expressed or im- plied, as to quality, description, or productiveness, and will in no way be responsible for the crop.

This non-warranty is similar to that used by all Seed Houses and we recommend that you test all seeds on arrival and if they do not meet your re- quirements return them at once at our expeuse and we will cheerfully refund your money.

We have been in the seed business for 26 years and have built up our large volume of business through the reputation which follows the furnishing of GOOD SEEDS.

The prices listed herein are subject to market fluctuations and may be changed without notice.

We reprint this price list a number of times during the season, if your list is an old one send for a later issue so that you may be assured that prices are current.

We are always glad to furnish samples of our seeds on application FREE OF CHARGE,
