TEEMS OF

All orders from strangers not commercially rated must be accom- panied by at least one-half cash. If cash accompanies order in full no charge for boxing or packing if orders amount to $10. or more.

No charge for bags, boxes or barrels for seeds.

Seeds— 5 pounds at ten pound rates; 25 pounds at 100 pound rates.

Our responsibility ceases on delivery to transportation company and receipt taken. All orders to prepay stations should be accom- panied by cash to cover freight. Add 8 cents for postage. Small orders from strangers should be accompanied by cash.

GUARANTY. While we exercise the greatest care to have our trees and plants true to label, and hold ourselves prepared to replace, on proper proof, all that may prove untrue, we do not give any war- ranty, expressed or implied, and in case of any error on our part it is mutually agreed between the purchaser and ourselves that we shall not at any time be held responsible for a greater amount than the original price of the trees.

Amorpha Fruticosa. Common False Indigo. A tall native shrub of very easy cultivation, blooming freely in June.

The violet spikes are crowded in termi- nals. Of rapid growth.

These are grand flowering shrubs. There is a wide range of color, and not a day from the middle of July until September a time when so few other shrubs are in bloom that Altheas are not aglow with flowers.
