ORDERS— All orders are accepted subject to the follow- ing terms: STOCK SELECTED by customers at the Nurseries will be charged according to the value of the stock selected. QUANTITY -Lots of 5 sold at the 10 rate and lots of 25 sold at the 100 rate. Certificate of inspection furnish- ed with each shipment. RISK— All goods are at purchaser’s risk after they are delivered to the forwarding companies and we re- ceive their receipt for the shipment in good condition. CLAIMS— Claims for damages resulting in transit must be made to the delivering company. Have the de- livering agent record the damage on the freight bill and present your claim through him immediately. GUARANTEE— All goods are guaranteed to be up to grade and true to name. All goods not true to name will be replaced upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that stock was misnamed. Such claims must be made not later than five days after receipt of goods. We shall not be liable for damage beyond the value of the goods. TERMS -Cash with order except to persons who satisfy us that they are responsible. Prices do not include boxing or baling, which will be billed at cost. No charge will be made for packing when packed in bulk in car. We make no charge for delivery to railway station. This is to certify that the growing- nursery stock and premises of the MAYWOOD NURSERY CO , situated at May- wood. Illinois, have been inspected by a duly appointed in- spector of this office, according to the provisions of the Plant Inspection Act of 1917, as amended in 1919, and that said nursery and premises are apparently free from the San Jose scale and other dangerous insects and dangerous plant diseases.
