G2.L7 PRICE LIST FOR 1922 THIS PRICE LIST CANCELS ALL PRICES IN CATALOGUE FRIENDS, WE GIVE YOU GREETING. It was our intention to issue a new catalogue this year instead of this price list, but we found that most of our customers had retained their old catalogues and we therefore decided to make a saving by using this inexpensive price list instead of the catalogue for this season. That saving we are handing on to you by making our seeds as low in price as possible. If, however, you have not retained your catalogue, write to us and we will send you one of the old ones. We have a moderate number of these left. While our seeds are low in price, we are retaining our original quality which has always been just the best that we knew how to give our cus- tomers. We have an abundance of good seed and were never in better position to supply you than we are now. The prices on our bulbs were not advanced during the war, and therefore we have made only minor changes in this price list. We think that our crop of bulbs this year is the finest that we have ever produced. In this price list we have added comparatively few new varieties of bulbs, but we are growing many new things, especially in Peonies and Irises, and if you are particularly inter- ested in these bulbs and write to us, we will be glad to quote you upon some of the newest and finest things in existence. Our stocks of these were so limited that we did not think it advisable to list them for general distribution yet. Help is not as scarce as it was; we have more expert men working in the bulbs than ever before, and we feel sure that we can please you better than we ever have in the past. This season we will keep you in close touch with the field seed market by mailing you advisory price lists at intervals during the sale season. Hope that you will bear in mind that the seeds priced on these lists are all of the same high quality that we have been furnishing in previous years. Our seed Corn is still proving to be one of the cheapest investments that the farmer can make. The extreme care with which our propogation seed is selected, and the method of handling the sale stock enables us to offer you the best seed corn that money can buy. Our strains are self-advertise~d by their merits. The many superior selections of Soy Beans that we have made have proven themselves worthy of our competitors advertising in their lists as the best. We ask you to buy from the originators and thus insure purity and prices. Our specialties for years have been Dakota Thirty. Grimms and North-western Alfalfa. Hardiness purity and trueness-to-name count for everything in this line. We have been pioneers in this line and are glad to give you the benefit of our experience. Do not forget that we handle Sweet Clover, both annual and bi-annual, Winter Vetch, Rape, Mil- lets, Canada Peas, Timothy, Clovers Pasture, Meadow and Lawn Mixtures and all of the common grasses including Home Grown Grass-free Bromus Inermis.
