MISS LOLITA ARMOR (Howard & Smith, H. T., 1920) Said to be one of the greatest breakes by way of color ever seen in roses. The color is difficult to describe, but may be briefly de- scribed as follows; Chrome yellow at base, shading to burnt orange and copper. The re- flex of the petals is chrome yellow at base, shading to bright salmon with brilliant cop- per suffusion. The flowers are of large size, full double with petals of great substance, and are delightfully fragrant. The plant is strong, vigorous grower, free flowering and said to be very hardy $2.50

CLIMING ROSES

Climbing roses should be selected with care, selecting those varieties that have good foliage, as it as nearly impossible to spray climbing varieties. We list the best and in many instances are able to deliver three-year-old plants.

AMERICAX" PILLAR A single flowering vari- ety of great beauty. The flowers are of en- ormous size, three to four inches across, of a lovely shade of apple-blossom pink, with a clear white eye and cluster of yellow stamens.

At digging time some roses get mixed and the names are lost. If you want Good roses at a lesser price we will sell this kind or roses of our own selections at $5.00 per doz. or 6 for $3.00.

While we specialize in roses we also grov7 a general line of hardy nursery stock that is suit- able to our climate.

We have old fruit trees transplanted that will give results, a select stock of berry and small fruits, extra choice transplanted two year old Logans, etc.

Evergreens and broad leafed flowering ever- greens of our own growing.

Paeonies in many varieties both devided or clumps, they bloom before the roses and take very little care.

Iris, (the poor man’s orchid). They require very little or no care, especially good for steep banks that wash.
