Conditions of Sale.
The stock listed will be furnished at prices quoted only where the quantity specified is ordered. Fifty of the same variety and size will be furnished at the hundred rate, five hundred at the thousand rate.
Prices quoted are F. 0. B. our nursery. Boxes and other packing materials are charged at actual cost.
Our nursery stock is guaranteed native grown and has been inspect- ed by the State Nursery Inspectors. A copy of the Inspection Certificate accompanies all shipments. We ex- ercise the greatest care to have all of our stock true to name, but give no warranty, expressed or implied as to the quality or productiveness or any other matter of any nursery stock we sell. Claims for shortage must be made promptly.
All orders are accepted subject to loss of crop by drought or other causes be5mnd our control.
All shipments travel at risk and cost of purchaser.

Shipping Directions.
When ordering trees please set a date on which you wish your ship- ment to go forward and state wheth- er express or freight shipment is de- sired. State explicitly name of freight or express station to which shipment is to be sent.
Location.
Our nursery is located in Cheshire, Connecticut, twelve miles north of New Haven. Trolley cars from New Haven to Waterbury pass di- rectly through the nursery. Good roads from New Haven, Waterbury, Meriden and Wallingford enable you to motor from any of these cities.
When passing through southern New England do not fail to visit our nursery.
This price list cancels all previous lists.
