Note. — Parties wishing to order by telegraph please use code adopted by the American Seed Trade Association.
TERMS OF SALE
All General Bills of Garden Seeds at prices in this list are payable June 1st without reference to date of pur- chase, or a discount of 1 per cent a month will be allowed for the unexpired time when paid before maturity. Bills contracted after June 1st are payable 60 days, net, or discount of V/z per cent for cash within ten days from date of invoice.
Field Seeds of All Kinds, including Onion Sets, Grass Seeds, Potatoes, Grains, Fertilizers, etc., are NET CASH, subject to Sight Draft with Bill of Lading attached.
Tools and Miscellaneous Articles etc., 60 days net or 2 per cent 10 days from date of invoice.
Special Terms and Cash Discounts given through corre- spondence.
All Accounts are Payable v/ith exchange on Chicago or New York.
Perishable Goods — Onion Sets, Potatoes, etc., are shipped entirely at the risk of the buyer. For damages in transit, caused by delay, heat or cold, we do not become responsible.
Shipping Directions should accompany each order and will be carefully observed. In absence of same, however, we will use our best judgment as to route.
Boxes, Bags and Barrels charged at cost. No charge for cartage at prices quoted.
