It has just occurred to me that you might he inter¬ ested in knowing that out of six cases of Giganteu7n, 200 each, I threw out exactly eight plants. This con¬ stitutes something of a record with me, even with your superior bidbs. The count ran high and the bells were unusually large and firm.
Your Paper Whites are also of superior quality. 1 have had excellent results and coiisider them equal to the French bulbs.

We want to take this chance to thank you for such wonderful lily bulbs. They were beyond a doubt the finest we ever had. We could not tell that when they came to us, but they have bloomed out wonderfully well even though they have been grown very crowded and in four inch pots. (6/8 Gigs). They will easily average four blossoms to the plant. Last year we had a great portion of them with two blooms but not So this year.

I wish to compliment you for the quality Lily bulbs you sent us last Fall. We had the finest Lilies for Easter of any place in the State. Many of the sur¬ rounding growers tried to make us believe we had HaymisH, judging from their size. The count was unusual, some carrying fourteen flowers, and out of the two cases, we lost but two plants. Every finished plant was sold by Saturday night.

I must tell you that I was well pleased with the Lilies. I had most of them bloomed before Easter came along. They were throwing eight to fifteen blooms and came in fine for cut order. I don’t think there were five poor ones in the case. Every bulb started up but one.
