Lavender Maid. The color is clear, soft lavender in nicely’ formed, rounded heads; plant meditum height and of sturdy habit of growth. Rooted cuttings: $4.00 per 100; $35.00 per 1900.. |

Pink Charm. The flowers open bright scarlet-pink and hold their glowing pink color throughout the Phlox blooming season. The trusses are conical in form on numer- ous medium height stems. Of our several originations of new varieties of Phlox in years past, this we consider one of the outstanding ones and a variety which un- doubtedly: will ‘corne into popular demand, due to its long blooming ean its strong, healthy growth and appealing color.. The production of Phlox rooted cuttings for lining out has been one of our specialties. tor many years, which are shipped to all parts of the country each spring season. . These are wrapped 50 to. a roll, and orders for multiples of this number of each variety are desirable. Every precaution is taken to keep our stock healthy and free of mixtures. The following varieties are priced at $2.00 per 100; $20.00 per 1000.

Apollo. Soft shade of red with ruby-red centered florets; tall.

Aurora. Light salmon-pink, florets rayed with white; large panicles of flowers; medium height.

B. Comte. Deep wine-red; tall growing.

Betty Lou. Bright orange-scarlet; medium height.

Chieftain. Very deep crimson, holding . its intense color without fading; a strong grower of above medium height.

Comus. The florets are orange-vermilion with garnet center, the total effect being bright pink; a good grower of medium height.

“Count Zeppelin. Florets pure white with vermilion-red center; tall.

Daily Sketch. The large florets are light salmon-pink with carmine center; tall. Price: $2.50 per 100.

Europa. White to pale blush with carmine centers; tall.

Hauptman Koehl. Flowers rich blood-red; trusses large.

Lillian. A lovely light pink, the center of florets tinged blue. Price: $2.50 per 100.

Mia Ruys. Large, pure white flowers; dwarf.

Morgenrood. Deep-rose-pink; florets and panicles large.

Mount Hood. The large pure white flowers are arranged in broad, well formed heads; medium height.
