FOR ICTORY

RELAX NERVES - - - MAINTAIN MORALE Plant Trees, Shrubs and Blowers

KEEP UP MORALE

War puts a heavy strain on nerves and morale, yet we cannot afford to let it. Morale must be maintained at home if we are to back our men in the service and keep them fighting. Loosen your tightened nerves; revive your jaded spirits. You can find relief from the cares and worries of war amid surroundings of beauty and color. In your garden of flowers you can find escape from the troubles of the day.

PLANT A VICTORY GARDEN

When you plant fruits for your Victory garden, plant also a few trees, shrubs and flowers to make life more bearable and to keep your spirits at the peak. Gardening fits perfectly into the picture of the next few years, when you will need relaxation from world troubles, and you can also contribute to our government’s National Victory Garden Program by planting and caring for a garden.

NO PRIORITIES ON FLOWERS

There are no priorities on flowers and plants to beautify your home and grounds; neither will there be any rationing of nursery products. We look forward to serving you this season with the finest and most complete selection of garden plants ever offered. The list which you will find in these pages is all inclusive, representing everything that is REALLY GOOD in garden plants.

If you are interested in the new and finer plants for your garden, sb urge you to give the following list of varieties your careful considera- ion.

Those herein listed are not the ordinary garden run varieties of plants as found elsewhere. Instead, they are the modern creations of the foremost plantsmen and hybridizers, and assembled from the four corners of the globe, to add new beauty, interest and charm to your garden.
