TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICES: These prices are for members of the whole- sale trade only and are F.O.B. our nursery.

CONDITIONS OF SALE: Orders will be accepted in the order received. In the case of B&B stock we re- quire a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to pick up date. No plants to be picked up on Sunday unless by previous arrangement. All liability ceases after plants are loaded on your truck. We shall be glad to rectify any mistake made by us but in no case will our liability be more than the purchase price.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Our terms are cash upon pick up or delivery. A 2% discount applies if cash is paid, if not 30 days net. Overdue accounts will be charged interest at rate of 1% per month. In booking orders for future shipment we require a 10% deposit.

NOTE: To better serve our customers we have built a curing and storage shed covering over 6,000 sq. ft. of floor space where all plant orders will be sheltered from adverse weather conditions. Rain or cold weather will not stop us from loading you up.
