This is our 33rd year in the Nursery business in Rapid City. For the past five years we have been conducting our business at the above loca- tion; at the foot of Silver St., opposite the west end of Denver St. and six blocks north from Omaha on West Blvd. N.

GUARANTEE

Where stock dies and shows a dried-up condition by July lst, it will be replaced free in the fall or the following spring. PLANTING

We do a certain amount of planting for our customer who live inandaround Rapid City. Planting charges are 1/3rd above cost of nursery stock, with the exceptionof evergreens, which will be 20% above cost, and hedge plants at an average cost of 25¢per running foot of trench, An additional charge is made for top dirt andfertilizer where itis required. Lawn work is figuredat per sq. ft., includinggrass seed, fertilizer and the raking necessary for finished lawn, Grading and top soil additional. The cost of top soil runs about per sq, ft. for each inch soil added.

SPECIAL OFFER

Where order amounts to $10,00 or more, you may deduct 10% from List,Price, where cash is paid in full with order. This offer is good until April first.

DELIVERY

Early orders will be given first consideration on large or select stock, which will be labeled or set aside, Free delivery on early orders, by truck, if within a radius of 100 miles of Rapid City, at the proper time. Where orders have to be shipped, they will go C.O.D., unless cash has been paid in ad vance and then stock will be prepaid to destination, excéptonballedandburlapped stock and fertilizer, which will be shipped collect.

HEDGING & WINDBREAKS

When planting for a hedge the plants should be spaced 12 - 18 inches apart or even closer for Chinese Elm, For windbreaks the plants should be spaced 4 - 6 feet apart. Instructions with each order.
