Shipments are forwarded by best carrier, in our judgment, at time of delivery, unless otherwise specified by customer.
First-class stock is carefully packed when shipment is made, and we hold good order receipt from the transportation company. Our responsibility ceases thereafter. If the stock reaches you in bad condition, notify agent and bring claim against the delivery company for damage by their negligence, as no allowance for this cause can or will be made by us.
