Our Nurseries are located at Mentor, Ohio, 2% miles west of Painesville, Ohio, and 2% miles east of Mentor, Stop 68, on The Cleveland, Painesville & Ashtabula Electric Railway. Cars stop in front of the grounds.

Our Nurseries are devoted entirely to the growing of High Grade Nursery Stock, including a large variety of rare and choice varieties, not common to the general trade.

We wish to call special attention to the fact that our trees are frequently transplanted and grown at suitable distances apart, so as to allow the plants to develop a good root system and have a corresponding weight to the height, pe well proportioned plants.

Shipping Season generally opens about March 15th in spring and September Ist in fall. |

Inspection and Fumigation. Our stock is regularly inspected by the authorized agents of Ohio, Department of Nursery and Orchard Inspection, and all plants susceptible to the attacks of insects are thoroughly fumigated before shipment, in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ORDERS. All orders are accepted subject to the conditions below: Write Plainly, giving explicit directions as to mode of shipment.

Address all communications to Mentor Nurseries, Mentor, O., B. K. Kallay, Manager.

All claims must be made in six days after receipt of stock to receive any consideration.

Stock personally selected will be charged for according to size and value of stock selected.

QUANTITY. Lots of five of any one variety at the rates of ten. Twenty- five at the rate of 100. 250 at 1000 rates.

PACKING CHARGES. All goods are thoroughly packed, thus avoiding risk and delay in transit. Packing charges are made at actual cost.

All orders shipped are guaranteed to be in first class condition when leav- ing our nurseries, and we will assume no responsibility for the stock ‘after it leaves our grounds, or during transit. We give no guarantee of the life of stock.
