Blues Traveler Paramount Theater Rutland, VT 09-23-11 Taper: Dana Fletcher SS dsm6l > Sony D8 DAT 44.1/16 D8 Line out> PC line In> EAC (Record and Tracking)> Cool Edit Pro> EQ down Bass (simulated bass roll off)>har bal smooth sound> WAV> FLAC Center front row balcony - Mic over edge taped to railing. The was a great night !! First a Big thanks to Gina - Blues Traveler and Dave M for hooking me up with the ticket. My great uncle Keen built the Paramount and it was a special treat to see one of my favorite bands play there. On top of that a great crowd and BT rocked with many older tunes. Hurricane Irene slammed VT a few weeks back and Rutland became an island. I was impressed how fast VT re-opened the roads. The Tape had much more bass than I liked, No clipping but a little rattle during the drumming. I did a simulated bas roll off - to smooth out the sound. Not perfect but very listen able. Enjoy. Dana Back in the day> Dropping some NYC> Love and greed> But Anyway Slow Change> What I Got> Bass Jam> Defense and Desire> JAM> Caralona Blues Alone> Sweet Talking Hippie You Me Everything> Keys Jam> Run Around Creep Mullin it over (Ron guest guitar player)> NY Prophet> Drums> Hook E: Happy Birthday Kristie Borrowed Time> Whats for Breakfast I talked with Ron before for the show. I asked him if he was a warm up band. He said he was a guest hoping to play a song with them. Ron said they had a new song they might play. The Setlist has "Lost Me" typed in but x out and replaced with Mulling. I am not if "lost me" is a new song or it was "lost me there" but it was not played... perhaps the band wanted a more upbeat song to go with the mood.
