Sahliierv, described from northern Siberia, and may prove to lie identical with that species but the present material is in too poor a condition for positive determination. They air of the same size. V ■, mm., and are thickly clothed with stiff black hairs. The ba.se of the vertex is strongly carinate atid paler, the posterior field of the pidiiottiiu and median line of the scutelhuii are al.so pale, the .secoml hcginent (if the antenna' is about as lon(i as the hind MiarKin of the proiiotum and distinctly paler iti the male, the basal setiment beinji shorter than the head. All these characters and tho.se of the le>rs are as des( ribed by Dr. Heuter for (iixmliir, Imt here the iiuier margin of the coriuni as well as the elavus i> darker, and the elytra of the females are not shorter and distinctly pah'r than in the males, at least not so far as I can judge from the condition df these specimens.
