NOTE : In view of the problems which may have resulted from deep

well injection of wastes from the Rocky Mountain Arsenal near Denver, any proposals for deep well injection should be thoroughly studied. The trend of thought seems to be unfavorable toward deep well disposal of wastes. The Secretary has assigned to GS the responsibility for research into this subject.
